We have been advised through our travel contacts that Qantas, Virgin Australia, Jetstar and the U.S. Department of Transportation have imposed a total ban on the carriage of the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 on any aircraft. They cannot be carried in checked luggage, freight, or hand luggage.
Passengers wishing to travel with one of these devices should contact their carrier directly to verify if they are permitted to carry it onboard.
