The August National Executive meeting of Civil Air received a briefing on the issue of workplace harassment.
To remind members of their rights and responsibilities in regards to workplace bulling and harassment Civil Air has produced an information card. Delegates will be distributing the information card to all members’ workplaces. Additionally a copy of the information card can be found on the web site under the My Civilair/General Information for Members tab. This information is in addition to the resources Airservices Australia provide to their employees. It is up to all of us to provide a safe workplace for everyone.
