OJTI increased to 8% and 5% OJTI now offered to operational ADSOs. Additional $2,500 lump sum to be paid in intervals throughout the agreement. Set payments from EBA include an increase of 2.25% effective from 30 September 1996 and further increases of 2% effective from the first full pay period on or after each of the following dates : 11 December 1996 - The Airservices Australia Corporate Enterprise Agreement 1996 is ratified to operate for a period of three years. Set payments comprise an increase of 2.25% effective from 28 October 1996 and further increases of 2% effective from the first full pay period on or after each of the following dates : 11 December 1996 - The Airservices Consolidated Award 1996 is approved (the old CAA Award 1990 is updated and modernised) 23 April 1997 - Civil Aviation Safety Authority Corporate Enterprise Agreement 1997 ratified. Remains in force until 30 June 1999. 10% - total salary increase over the life of the Agreement. ATS Specialists (and other MM/SS covered by this Agreement) receive 4% on 1 December 1996, 3% on 1 December 1997 and 3% on 1 December 1998 29 June 1998 - Ratification of the Airservices Australia Enterprise Agreement 1998-2001. Corporate and ATS Enterprise Agreements are now combined. Early Retirement provisions amended due to the changes in the Workplace Relations Act 1996 re: allowable matters. Further increases as follows : 2 September 1998 - Award Simplification decision handed down by Industrial Relations Commission (Commissioner Larkin). New Airservices Australia Simplified Award made. The Airservices Staff Policy Manual is to be scrapped as a part of this process. 30 June 1999 - Joint Award Simplification document lodged 10 September 1999 Further Industrial Relations Commission decision handed down re: Simplified Award.
